sian lar....sudddenly have a craving for story books

last year at least still have a direction to follow with all those textbooks....but now, no textbooks make me feel lost

oh well...can just face that Shinglee 8th Edition A. Math book that I bought yesterday at Parkway for the whole 9 weeks

lesson learnt: Do not teach yourself Mathematics because u'll end up looking at the book and saying "huh???"

and what's more frustrating to go to Queensway Shopping Centre (which USED TO BE sports-dominated) and finding out that at least half of it has turned to fashion and the remaining sports shops don't offer New Balance shoes at a decent price

then there was this black-and-gold Man U training shirt which was a little ex, so i asked for last season's blue shirt (which is like $20 cheaper) but my folks say that the blue doesn't fit me....sian lar....getting damn impatient alr....now have to wait and wait and wait for that black-and-gold shirt to cut price by a bit then i'm willing to buy it....and i don't care what other ppl say, but i'm wearing that shirt for CNY next year, even though the black occupies like 95% of the shirt while the gold takes up 5%.

can anyone tell me wad's wrong with me wearing blue???? not as if i don't have a blue shirt....then my mum started comparing both blues and saying that the blue of Man U don't fit me

1) OBS
it was fun, esp. kayaking and the mud, and of course sleeping with 5 other VS guys in the same bunk. Peng Ho and Glen really kept the atmosphere up during the night with their er.... actions. Hong Yi did the same during the day with lame jokes and going "lol" once every 10 sec. Then somehow we managed to make a joke out of pipette's sleeping posture....shld have taken a photo and post it here...it will really be a hit....nvr mind, I'm not so evil. oh yes, best part:

Hong Yi: Hi shimon
me: (swing paddle of kayak and hit Hong Yi ACCIDENTALLY)
Hong Yi: OUCH
me: (thinking) no no no....pls don't capsize
then at the next moment....whoops....and there goes pipette and Hong Yi and Ang Mian was like screaming at me.....friking funny

those 5 days past real fast...and somehow OBS wasn't as tough as I had expected it to be....didn't really feel exhausted.

2) Sch hols
decided to just drill myself during this holiday with Math...must master Integration & Differentiation plus Calculus and maybe do some funny topic if there is one at all.

finally got back to playing soccer...screw it...my step-overs didn't do the trick tonight....but scoring 15 goals in a 16-7 win is quite good considering that I haven't touched a soccer ball for at least a month. Have to start training again....esp. those step-overs which I somehow tried to master after seeing Cristiano Ronaldo doing them....or I shld just admit that I'm better at defending and not try to be a playmaker.....whatever lar
those guys tried to play their "Bermuda Triangle" but I alr knew the trick of breaking it....haha

and Jia Wei is so screwed...something's gonna happen to 'im on Tues

Open Hse was today. Not bad lar....everything went smoothly

the first kick went well....plank broke nicely

now i shld be grateful that u guys didn't see my horrendously wrong-timed second kick....jumped 1 millisecond too early and there goes the good show (but the plank still broke)

but mistakes are a part of life...so i have nth to say...as long as this doesn't repeat itself during Expose 07.

now feeling damn ****ed-up with myself....could have done better for the second kick. rahhhhhh!!!!!
